FASHION MEETS PHILANTHROPY

Allesandra Dress - DUKE n co (Here)

Supporting a good cause is something that I have always tried to incorporate within my blog and every so often something magical happens where I come across a brand that has a passion for fashion... and compassion. I saw this stunning dress circulating social media a few months back but I never would have guessed it had come from a not-for-profit brand, can you believe it? Having said that, I was obviously thrilled when DUKE n co reached out to me to feature an item. Owner of the brand Georgina Akkou's motto "I'd like to think that people can both look good and do good at the same time" is so inspiring to me, they work directly with charitable foundations in Tanzania and each purchase equates to a medical or educational resource donated to a Tanzanian community in need. Just in case that message wasn't enough, the collection itself blew me away >.< I got a 'that dress is so you' because I'm sure you all know my taste to a T now. Tailored, timeless, elegant pieces all with unique detailing, I found my perfect match.

LET'S GET DIRTY

All Frank Body Products Available (Here)

You all know me as 'that coffee girl' I can't help a good caffeine shot or slogan tee, or three, or four! But recently the phenomenon hasn't been around drinking our favourite hot beverage but bathing in it... obviously this has my name written all over it, or Frank's actually. I wanted to incorporate it into my routine to try out after reading that coffee scrubs are indeed a great natural exfoliator as it has the same PH as your skin which means -  no damage! more importantly my main focus personally was to target skin imperfections, these babies target free radicals and are high in antioxidants. As always I did my research and found some insane before and afters of a range of skin conditions which were really impressive. I've tried all kinds of oils in the past but getting to the source and scrubbing away seems more beneficial and something that I can easily do every day for a long period of time in my daily shower... I can't lie, it kind of helps that I get to leave my bathroom smelling of fresh caffeine every morning too.

Navy and nude, I adoreee this colour combo! with the current long run of good weather and heat waves that seem to be sticking around anything cut out and airy is a major plus. I must admit, I am making the most of every single second that I get to wear pretty clothes this summer before the layers return. If you're wondering where I've been... it's 10km walks, fighting gyms & big parks at 1am catching Pokémon of course. Craig and I are obsessed >.< this app is a real problem. Have you guys been playing?

Button Wrap Skirt - Few Moda (Here)
Vinyl Heels - Zara / Similar (Here)
Bag - Runway / Similar (Here)
Sunglasses - Yesstyle (Here)

Monday, you're here again! this time the first Monday of July and thus far has lived up to the season it's supposed to be... let me not jinx it. A few days ago I took a 'this or that' interview and as soon as "pants or skirts" came up I didn't even hesitate to answer, I am such a skirt girl. It's probably one of the first sections I check while online shopping. I love a great skirt. Something with a recognisable detail. Something that speaks for itself. Something that IS the outfit. So today my skirt of choice was this Few Moda number... simple but significant.

Button Down Skirt - N/A Similar (Here)
Tie Up Pointed Pumps - Linzi (Here)
Cross Body Bag - Forever 21 (Here)
Waldor Watch - Similar (Here)

There's something so satisfying about waking up that extra hour earlier to reach your local coffee shop while everyone sleeps and enjoy your first cup of the day in peace, bliss. It's not often I won't match an outfit with a great pair of heels but every now and then I find a beaut pair of flats that I love and heck who can say no to some comfy (and equally as pretty) pumps. I hope you all enjoy this sunny Sunday morning lovers!

BUTTON DOWN

Sleeveless Blazer - Boohoo (Here)
Cami Top - Forever 21 (Here)
Leather Pants / Similar Asos (Here)
Blake Heels - Public Desire (Here)
Croc Chain Bag - Zara / Similar (Here)
Sunglasses - La Moda (Here)

Just In case I didn't own enough blazers, I obviously had to add another to my bursting closet! but since it's still warm enough to bare skin, purchasing a sleeveless one made sense. They are forever my go to for smart-casual whether it's with a pair of loafers or some tied up PD heels when meetings or events are on the schedule. This month I've been so blessed to be able to attend so many charity events with amazing guest speakers which left us so inspired that we put our hand up to walk away sponsoring 7 Palestinian orphans in hopes of raising them all enough money to live - if you'd like to help our mission and spare even £1 click here.
