A LITTLE KHAKI

Khaki Top - My Bandage Dress (Here)
Leather Skirt - Loft / Similar (Here)
Khaki Lace Up Heel - Public Desire (Here)

Some snaps from my coffee run this morning, god does it feel good to be home, unpacked and refreshed again... actually I may need another 2 weeks of sleep for that haha. I wore this khaki bandage top today which I can pair with pretty much everything now that autumn is here, we've all heard of bandage skirts but this is just genius because I love a structured top that sticks to you and doesn't loose shape. Btw coffee lovers, have any of you guys tasted the Vita Coco Cafe? I absolutely hate the coconut water, it's just really not to my taste! but over fashion week I got my hands on a bottle and it's actually really nice, an healthy alternative to starbucks? I may have to swap it a few times a week haha.

UNIVERSITY TIPS

I can't believe it has been a year since I graduated Law School, it only feels like yesterday as I've been on a complete whirlwind ever since and time has passed so fast. I remember the day I graduated I rushed out, jumped on a train to London and started pursuing my dreams from the moment the ceremony was over. Having said that, for those of you just starting officially this week, see it as the beginning of a great journey where so much of your growth is going to happen. A lot of you requested that I give some tips for getting through this next chapter of your life so here are some that helped me:

LFW: DAY 3

Ribbed Turtle Neck - Asos (Here)
Fur Scarf - Charlotte Simone - (Here)
Lace Up Shorts - Topshop (Here)
Mirrored Sunglasses - My Milly Moo (Here)
Tan Lace Up Heel / Similar (Here)

I have absolutely loved wearing my favourite colour palette over London Fashion Week - especially the mustard pieces which includes these twill lace up shorts... how dreamy? they are way too cute. I am now feeling very excited that this season is upon us and that I can continue to dress like this forever-ever. As the weather decided to turn on us again I opted for an up-do and thought some fur would be appropriate - what better than a Charlotte Simone scarf? luxury is definitely the word. Which look of mine has been your favourite over LFW?

LFW: GYUNEL SHOW

Every season I always have a handful of designers and collections that I really look forward to seeing again (and who really put on a good show) for me, Gyunel is definitely on that list. I fell in love with the dark romance a few seasons ago and have been excited to watch the collections change and grow ever since.

This time round I got to wear one of the SS16 pieces to the show and I must admit, the collection blew everyone away and is my favourite so far! it was inspired by superstitions which let's be honest is right up my street >.< the theme of the turkish evil eye and azeri thistles mixed with a colour palette of marine blue and emerald green really did make a beautiful creation of garments. Unlike the last two I have seen, this one was in a much brighter venue which made all the difference! top that with the coolest celebrity front row and top model Rianne Ten closing the show in a killer two piece, it really was one not to miss.

A huge thank you to the girls at Kitch and Honey for dressing me!

LFW: DAY 2

Sunglasses - Asos (Here)
Mustard Roll Neck Jumper - Topshop (Here)
Button Down Skirt - Primark N/A online / Similar (Here)
Cut Out Heels - Public Desire (Here)
Croc And Chain City Bag - Zara (Here)

We started off this morning perfectly - with the sun shining and the Orla Kiely show first on the list. the whole presentation was a 50's sunset boulevard dream! if you follow me on snapchat you will have seen the models casually playing golf wearing the most uplifting pastel colours... who needs a runway after all? I snapped these images of what I wore on the way in sticking to my rustic palette keeping it cosy and simple. This outfit is great example of doing more with less for those who ask me to show simple affordable every day looks. I mean, this skirt was a great bargain which when styled correctly can be ever so chic!

LFW: DAY 1

Brandy Suede Coat - Zara Trafaluc Collection (Here)
Henna Lace Up Sandals - Kurt Geiger (Here)
Classy Sheffield Watch - Daniel Wellington (Here)
Beige Suede Satchel - River Island (Here)

The first day of London Fashion Week looks a little like this! of course, my favourite ever colours to wear are those in the autumn palette: earthy, natural, nudes and rustic so you may see that I decided this would be the theme of my outfits. Luckily I decided to wear the comfiest of all on day 1 as the lovely British weather decided to pour down on us but that could not stop the fashionistas coming out in full force. As I'm on the go (wet) and network/internet in the area is low, my updates will be a little short and sweet but I am SO excited to head to my next show - Jean-Pierre Braganza *heart eyes*!

CUE COBALT

Leather Jacket - Lipsy / Similar (Here)
Ribbed Turtle Neck - Asos (Here)
Pleat Skirt - Topshop (Here)
Zip Clutch Bag - Topshop (Here)
Retro Sunglasses - Asos (Here)
Cobalt Fringe Heels - Public Desire (Here)

Honestly, I thought I would be dreading a season change this year... well, every year as we all know summer is the best duhh. However, I must admit that I got a little belly fizz inside when I stepped into stores and seen all the autumn colours, knitwear and cosy coats >,< it is all SO dreamy! I feel like they've really gone all out with the beautiful fits this time round. Having said that, although it is not super cold yet, I decided to pull out one of my favourite leather jackets from last season and throw it over my shoulders for this look. I love to add a pop of colour when I'm wearing all black with my accessories or shoes - this time both with blue! it always works a charm.

HOOK LDN

Hook Ldn Sunglasses available - (Here)

When ever asked about what my favourite accessory is, no doubt the answer will always be sunglasses. For me, they are an all year round must have and I rarely leave the house without a pair... or two! especially on those early 'still half asleep' mornings so when I was given the opportunity to shoot with British eyewear brand Hook Ldn I was totally excited. Surprisingly, the team behind it actually have a history in pop culture so the idea came from a combination of their love for both music and fashion which is really cool and was super refreshing to work alongside such a passionate group. Both myself and a bunch of the most awesome influencers shot the SS15 camplain film which is live on their website now (go check it out) it was a serious blast and as much fun as it looks haha. I'm so stoked that this young affordable brand is being stocked in some of the biggest retailers around, I've linked a few of my favourite pairs below! what's your style?

a huge thank you to Hook Ldn for sponsoring this post.

TECHNICAL LUXURY

Vine Tank - Kit And Ace (Here)
Suedette Mini Skirt - Miss Selfridge (Here)
Croc And Chain City Bag - Zara (Here)
Retro Sunglasses - Asos (Here)
Tan Heels - Carvela (Here)

A few weeks ago I was invited to attend an intimate dinner with the brand Kit And Ace along with some other awesome bloggers and it was honestly so refreshing. Unlike regular events, this one only had a handful of people, a long cosy table and a celebrity chef cooking up some delicious food. It was only about to get more unique when they told us that there was a no phone rule at the table (well, a slight let off for the bloggers as you know we love to take pictures of our food), that we all had place cards so there was no sitting next to someone you know and that we all had a card placed next to our plate with a question on so that the whole table had to interact with our answers. I mean, although a little daunting it was actually quite genius! there was no 'only talking to the person sat next to me or someone I know' awkwardness that you usually get at gatherings. We all had to get to know each other and there was no one person talking more than another, lovely idea huh? Anyway, this evening was just as unique as the brand itself who offer 'technical luxury' beautiful quality cashmere pieces that you can also wash... basically, they improved what we already thought was perfect and I am wearing one of their tanks above. I also finally got my hands on one of these cute skirts as I actually found a petite one - yes they stock it in a size 4 eep!! this one is suede which I actually prefer to the denim version however I've linked lots of different colours below :).
